Eligibility and your account
The main Paradise8 terms specify a minimum playing age of 25, subject to local age rules. Its About page instead mentions 18. These statements differ: do not assume that being 18 makes you eligible. Confirm eligibility before opening an account, including whether gambling is permitted where you are located.
Paradise8 may request evidence of age and identity. Its terms also identify restricted territories and allow membership to be refused or playing privileges suspended.
- Provide accurate registration details. Incorrect information can lead to suspension of the account and related withdrawals while it is checked.
- The account limit applies separately to each person, household, IP address, email address and computer. Linked accounts can result in closure and loss of winnings.

Deposits and verification
Paradise8 requires deposits to be wagered at least once before withdrawal approval. Promotional deposits may have additional wagering conditions. The terms also reserve the option of charging processing costs where a deposit has not been wagered once.
The banking page states a 3% deposit processing charge. Separately, the terms allow a discretionary credit-card processing charge of 3%–6.5%. Card issuers and transaction processors may add their own foreign-transaction charges. Check the applicable charges before paying.
Identity checks can be requested at any stage. Documents may include identification, proof of address and evidence of the payment method used. Ask casino support for the applicable document and card-masking instructions before sending copies.
Withdrawal documents must be supplied within 30 days of the withdrawal request; failure to comply can cancel the request. Fraud investigations can suspend accounts and freeze winnings. In suspected fraud cases involving card deposits, the terms allow winnings to be held for up to 12 months.
Bonus conditions
Paradise8 treats bonus funds as playing credit rather than withdrawable money. Bonus amounts are removed when a payout is processed. Wagering must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
If you do not want an awarded bonus, request its removal before placing any bet with it. Once play starts, the terms require the bonus to run until its wagering is completed or the balance reaches zero.

Free-bonus rules include a 50-credit cashout ceiling and normally permit only one such payout during a player's lifetime unless management approves another. A player without a previous deposit must first deposit at least £15 for a GBP free-chip cashout; that qualifying deposit cannot be included in the payout. Previous depositors must have deposited within the preceding 30 days.
The terms also restrict non-depositing players to winnings from their first three free bonuses within their first 30 days after registration. Do not combine free-play and real-money balances: depositing over a free-chip balance does not remove its free-play restrictions. Check the exact offer before accepting it.
Withdrawal limits and timing
Several limits apply together. A displayed balance does not establish how much can be withdrawn.

Paradise8 may temporarily lower weekly limits to £500 during periods of heavy withdrawal demand. Its terms allow approval to take up to 12 working days after successful authorisation, including Fraud department approval. Later pending withdrawals have a separate processing period beginning after the first has been paid. This is not a guaranteed arrival time.
The terms specify a withdrawal transfer charge of £10–£40 for GBP transactions, determined by the payment processor and location.
UK currency and Bitcoin payouts
Paradise8 reserves GBP account currency for UK residents and says GBP winnings are payable in that currency to legal UK residents. Another clause says UK players can currently receive withdrawals only through Bitcoin. The terms do not explain how those two provisions are reconciled. Confirm the payout method and any conversion before depositing; do not assume a GBP bank payout is available.
For Bitcoin withdrawals, enter your own correct wallet address in the cashier. Paradise8 states that payment goes to the address registered with the request and will not be reissued if you supplied the wrong address.
Refunds and inactive accounts
The introduction describes deposits as final and excludes refunds after the funds have been played. A separate refund section permits conditional requests within 24 hours of depositing, subject to compliance approval. It lists game malfunction with screenshot evidence, unplayable and unspent credit, and incorrect charges supported by a statement.
That refund section lists processing charges of 55 for a paper cheque, 20 for a SEPA transfer and 75 for a SWIFT transfer, in the account currency. Cryptocurrency deposits below $25 are excluded from refunds and instead become account credit subject to deposit rules. A refund is therefore not unconditional.
After 120 days without logging in, or 120 days without a wager, Paradise8's terms allow the account balance to be forfeited. Later requests for those funds are assessed individually, without a promise of repayment.
Account misuse and game faults
Paradise8 prohibits collusion, fraudulent payment activity, unauthorised automated play and exploitation of software faults. Its terms allow investigation, account suspension or closure, and withholding or recovery of affected funds.
The provisions on betting systems are inconsistent. One section permits denial of winnings for systematic strategies such as Martingale; another excludes legitimate stake progression from cheating unless accompanied by prohibited automation, manipulation or exploitation. Seek clarification before relying on either provision.
Winnings caused by a software malfunction can be cancelled. The relevant clause provides for the associated deposit to be returned to the account and made available for withdrawal at its original amount.
